Salt FM to undertake cleanup exercise in Agogo and environs

Salt 95.9 FM, Agogo Traditional Council and Royal Waste Management are set to undertake a massive clean-up exercise to rid Agogo and its communities of filth.

The exercise dubbed ‘Di Agogo Ni 2020’ is scheduled for September 19, 2020.

According to a statement signed by the General Manager of Salt 95.9 FM, Yaa Asiedu, the Corporate Social Responsibility initiative by the company; seeks to keep the community safe and clean.

“We believe the sayings “Cleanliness is next to godliness” and a “Healthy nation is a wealthy nation” and as part of our Corporate Social Responsibilities, we are organising such event in partnership with Agogo Traditional Council, Asante Akim North District Assembly and Religious Bodies to clear our community of filth”

Management is therefore urging all indigenes and residents of Agogo to join in the exercise.
