Police arrest headmaster of Bright SHS after his students attacked WASSCE invigilators, journalist

Saltfmonline.com has gathered that headmaster of Bright Senior High School at Kukurantumi in the Eastern Region has been picked up by police from the Eastern Regional command.

Students of Bright Senior High School attacked officials of the West African Examination Council (WAEC) supervising the ongoing WASSCE examination in their schools.

The headmaster of the school, Bright Amponsah, has been accused of inciting students to agitate over strict invigilation.

A journalist with the Daily Graphic in the Region who had gone to the school to report was also assaulted by the students leaving him with severe injuries.
