CEO of salt media GH, Ohene Kwame Frimpong has donated 1000 dollars to the mother of the late Kofi B ahead of his funeral.

Mr. Frimpong said the donation was to support the family in their preparation towards the final funeral rites of the late musician.

News broke on the sudden death of veteran hip life artiste Kofi Boakye Yiadom aka Kofi B on February 2 earlier this year.

Kofi B is an indigene of Asante Akyem Agogo, the home of Salt Media GH and all subsidiaries and it was important that the company supports his funeral especially because of his contribution to the development of Agogo.

The CEO was accompanied by his brother and some executives of Salt FM and TV.

Kofi Boakye Yiadom has been described as one of those singers who define what real Ghanaian highlife should be.

He will be buried 25th April, 2020 in Accra.
