Kweku Baako wins defamation suit against Ken Agyapong

The Editor-in-Chief of the New Crusading Guide newspaper, Abdul Malik Kweku Baako Jnr has won his defamatory suit filed against Member of Parliament for Assin Central, Mr Kennedy Agyapong.

The outspoken MP used words Mr Baako considered defamatory against him. In addition to that, Mr Agyapong dared Baako to pursue a lawsuit against him.

An Accra High Court came out with its verdict on Friday morning.

The court has charged Mr Kennedy Agyapong to retract and apologise three times on the same platforms he defamed Kweku Baako in the next 30 days.

Damage was set at Ghc100,000 with cost of Gh30,000.
