Hundreds To Join Parliament Fitness Club To Walk On March 6

On Friday, March 6, all roads will lead to the Lashibi Shalom Spot for the health awareness ritual to celebrate health through walk and aerobics exercises.
The health awareness campaign spearheaded by Parliament Fitness Club, has become a popular exercise because it encourages the culture of exercising and healthy living among all individuals of all ages and social standards.
Since its inception in 2017, the event has seen hundreds of Ghanaians walk in the Lashibi municipality, part of Spintex among other areas.

It has also seen patronage from well-known personalities since its inception three years ago. The March 6 walk forms part of activities marking its 3rd anniversary celebrations.
Participants of the event, apart from walking, will also engage in vigorous aerobics, health talk and screening. They will also win amazing prizes on the day.
Participants, after walking from the Lashibi shalom spot through community 17, Spintex road towards estate junction on the Friday, will take part in an aerobics session, health screening, health talk and networking.
Speaking ahead of the walk in an exclusive interview with The New Publisher in Accra, CyphaSol who doubles as the organizer for Parliament Fitness Club said the walk is meant to, inform, influence and inculcate in participants, and members of the public in general, the need to live a balanced lifestyle.

”The hardest thing about exercise is to start doing it . Once you are doing it gradually, the hardest thing is to stop. Come join the Parliament fitness club as we motivate each other to develop the habit of exercising.
