Coronavirus: Ghana’s case count hits 9,168; death toll now 42
Ghana’s case count for the novel Coronavirus has shot up to 9,168.
The number of recoveries have also increased to 3,457 from 3,189 as reported on June 4.
The Ghana Health Service is reporting the number of deaths have also increased to 42.
Regional Breakdown of confirmed cases.
The Greater Accra Region leads the chart with 6,205 cases followed by the Ashanti Region with 1,518 cases. The Ahafo Region remains the only only region that has not recorded any cases yet.
