President Akufo-Addo has announced that all borders will be closed midnight of Sunday 22nd March, 2020.
According to the President, the move will reduce the further escalation of the infection rate in the country.
The President made this known in his third address to the nation on the coronavirus pandemic.
He said all the country’s borders- land, air and sea- will be closed at midnight on Sunday.
The closure will, however, not apply to goods.
