Coronavirus: Confirmed cases now 7,117 with 2,317 recoveries and 34 deaths

Ghana’s case count for the novel coronavirus has increased to 7,117.

This was announced by the Ghana Health Service via its website on the evening of Tuesday, May 26, 2020.

The update means 153 new cases have been recorded nationwide.

Meanwhile, the GHS is reporting some 220 more persons have recovered from the disease pushing the total recoveries to 2,317.

The death toll has also increased to 34 after two more persons died from the disease.
