From a boy who just loved to play football to a man whose name was screamed by thousands watching him.
Former Ghana International, Abedi Ayew Pele couldn’t resist shedding tears when he met the man who discovered him at the juvenile level.
In an interview on GTV Sports+, the former Black Stars player was surprised when his former manager, who is now blind, showed up and he couldn’t hold back his tears.
Ayew started his playing career at Great Falcons, a colts football club in Ghana where he won the heart of Mr. Herbert Aditah.
He also won the 1982 Africa Cup of Nations with Ghana and rose to win the 1993 UEFA Champions League with French Ligue 1 side Olympique de Marseille.
